Refunds

We unfortunately are not issuing refunds at this time. We will happily exchange the item within 14 days of purchase.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for another size, send us a email at

iveighsstyleloft@gmail.com telling us the reason for the exchange. Due to limited quantities, we cannot promise we will have the item you purchased in another size. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

We have the right to decline an exchange if there are signs of odor, stains, or if the tags have been unattached. The item will be returned back to you and you will be responsible for shipping charges.

Sale items are also non-returnable.
